Our Story
We started building AI agents in early 2024—mostly to solve our own bottlenecks. At first it was just fun. But soon, we were seeing serious results: faster delivery, sharper copy, and tighter execution.
As we rolled out agents to our internal teams, productivity soared. Our account managers became strategic operators. Our copywriters started delivering more, faster. Within 16 months, we grew client volume by 50% while hiring only 1–2 new people.
People started asking us what we were doing. So we started building agents for them. And Step Labs was born.
